Design and Engineering

One of the first orders of business in developing a branding program is the design of the product family. We maximize the use of our design programs to provide our customers the highest quality product at the best possible price. Along with our experience and knowledge of materials these programs have helped save our customers millions of dollars. For example, we were able to reduce the costs of an automotive customers program by more than 35%.

Design and Production Software

Our 3D modeling programs such as Solid Works and Enroute allow us to:

  1. Design intricate installation drawings for field services.
  2. Engineering calculations for wind loads and weight-bearing.
  3. Provide animated production assembly methods.

Allows us to do FEA (Finite Element Analysis).

Other software we use for production and presentation purposes are AutoCAD 2015 and Flex Sign Pro.

Project Management

Project Management is a vital part of any branding program. With so many different departments involved in a single project, problems may occur. Unlike some other companies, Entera’s team has specified training in project management and customer relations.  Our highly trained professionals understand the fine points of the branding business and they possess the skills to coordinate all of our departments so that your project is completed, not only on time and on budget, but to the utmost standards of the industry.

  • Coordination with City Officials

Entera will coordinate with City Officials to confirm that all requested branding items meet city approval prior to manufacturing and installation. This is also done during the proposal stage working with the customer’s architects and site development teams.

  • Coordination with Engineers

Site plans are requested directly from the engineer assigned to the project. Our program management team then coordinates the placement of all signs to identify potential conflicts early.

  • Coordination with Architects

Elevations and fixture plans are requested directly from the architect. The placement of all signs is coordinated with the architect so that all involved have an accurate vision of the project.

  • Coordination with General Contractor

Sign specifications and placement information are provided to general contractors. Site visits for visibilities and potential conflicts are made. Installation schedules are then coordinated with general contractors, in terms of each client’s individual time schedule.

  • Coordination with Customer’s Design and Development Team

Entera will work closely with customer’s team to make sure all expectations and aspects of customer’s brand are properly implemented. This process starts from the design phase all the way through the delivery and installation of products in the field.

Production

The Sign Industry has a history of trends that we proactively forecast and plan in accordance with. By actively monitoring these economic and industry trends to forecast sales, we in turn are able to control our labor and inventory costs. These cost control methods translate directly into cost savings for you, our customer.

Entera’s main production facility includes over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

We closely monitor our inventory to accurately track all raw material inventory levels to ensure that we will not reach an “out of stock” scenario for any of your required branding deliverables. Entera’s production schedules are reviewed daily to ensure that your timelines are met. In addition, we conduct weekly meetings between the Production and Program Management teams to ensure that the appropriate information is shared, preventing any problems that may occur with the scheduling of projects.

To ensure the highest quality of our products, we complete inspections regularly during each stage of production, crating and shipping. In addition, as a product exits one phase of production and enters another, it must pass through a sign-off inspection procedure. These methods greatly aid our staff in producing the finest possible branding products.

Installation

Entera proactively works toward installation not in terms of store turnover or store opening, but in the context of each individual store’s time schedule.

We utilize in-field coordination along with communication between contractors and customers to provide and finalize deliverables at the earliest beneficial time.

We have established relationships with a network of more than 200 licensed sub-contractors designated to complete quality installations throughout the country. Within this subset, our company has meticulously established a list of preferred sub-contractors. Entera’s relationships with these sub-contractors allows us to offer superior installation services to our client base while focusing on management and personnel attention to our core competency of sign design and manufacturing.

Through the use of our highly skilled network of sub-contractors, Entera is able to complete your project to your specifications, and in your timeframe.

Maintenance

You’ve made an investment in a branding solution.  Maintaining the fresh and clean look is just as important as the initial rollout.  Our Entera network specializes in comprehensive maintenance and support contracts that can keep your look and feel the same for years to come.  We are happy to put together a maintenance and support contract for your review.

If you wish to inquire further about our extensive maintenance programs, our trained National Accounts Representatives are available to assist you. These representatives have been trained in the fields of manufacturing and installation and will be able to address most issues promptly.
